AJ Tech Consulting Services Ltd is the data controller responsible for your personal data and is registered with the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), registration reference ZC138626.

- Account details: Username, display name, and a hashed password (we cannot see your actual password).
- Testing data: Lap times, fuel figures, tyre data, confidence ratings, and notes you choose to log.
- Session data: A standard session cookie to keep you logged in.
- Preferences: Your chosen display units and theme preference.
- Contact form: If you request access, we collect your name, email, team name, and message.
3. What We Don't Collect
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
- No IP address logging beyond standard server access logs and privacy-friendly analytics.
- No data is sold to any third party.
4. How Data Is Stored
- Data is stored on secure servers in the United Kingdom.
- Passwords are hashed using industry-standard algorithms.
- Each team's data is isolated in a separate database.
5. Lawful Basis for Processing
Under the UK GDPR, we process your personal data on the following lawful bases:
- Contract: We process account and testing data because it is necessary to provide the platform you have asked us to operate.
- Legitimate interests: We process limited technical data (server access logs, the authentication session cookie, and aggregate analytics) to keep the service secure, available, and improving.
- Consent: When you submit the access-request form, we rely on your consent to contact you about setting up your team. You may withdraw this consent at any time.
6. Processors and Third Parties
- Hosting: The platform is hosted on private infrastructure operated by AJ Tech Consulting Services Ltd in the United Kingdom.
- Email delivery: Transactional emails are sent via Resend, acting as our processor under a data-processing agreement.
- Analytics: We use a self-hosted, cookieless analytics tool (Umami) to understand aggregate site usage. It does not track individuals across sites.
- We do not sell your data and we do not share it for third-party marketing.
7. International Transfers
Your data is stored in the United Kingdom. Where a processor (for example our email provider) processes data outside the UK, that transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or equivalent contractual clauses.
8. Your Rights
Under the UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request rectification or erasure of your data
- Restrict or object to our processing
- Export your testing data (data portability)
